Telehealth refers to delivering mental health services via secure video conferencing, phone, or online platforms. It allows you to connect with your counselor remotely, offering flexibility, convenience, and safe access to care—especially beneficial for those in rural locations or with travel limitations. All About Me Counseling offers telehealth services throughout Arizona.

The patient portal is a secure, 24/7 online platform where you can:

  • Access personal health information (session notes, care plans)

  • Request or schedule appointments

  • Complete intake or consent forms before sessions

  • Communicate directly with your counselor via secure messaging

  • Make payments and review billing

This streamlined portal supports self-service and enhances communication.

  • All About Me Counseling is based in Surprise, Arizona, offering in-person services locally (Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Sun City, Peoria, Glendale, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Phoenix) and telehealth services statewide across Arizona.

    • Schedule: Use the patient portal to view availability and request an appointment, or call the office directly.

    • Cancel or reschedule: We require at least 24 hours’ notice via the portal or phone. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

      • Use the secure messaging feature on the portal for non-urgent questions.

      • In emergencies or crisis, dial 911 or visit your nearest urgent care or hospital.

      • If you’re concerned you might harm yourself or others, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

        • Choose a private, quiet location with a reliable internet connection.

        • Use a device (computer/tablet) with a camera and microphone; avoid phones if possible.

        • Test your connection and audio/video settings before the session.

        • Log in via the patient portal 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time.

        • We use a HIPAA-compliant video platform, integrated directly into the patient portal. During your first session, follow the portal’s instructions—no downloads required. If tech issues arise, our staff can walk you through troubleshooting.

        • Yes! We provide services tailored to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. During intake, we’ll discuss your specific needs and preferences, then match you with the most suitable clinician.

        • Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Intake or assessment sessions may last up to 90 minutes—you’ll be notified in advance if additional time is needed.

          • Sessions are conducted via encrypted, HIPAA-compliant video and message platforms.

          • Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

          • No session details are shared with anyone outside the practice unless legally required (e.g., in case of imminent harm). Standard privacy practices are followed at all times.
